I can only say that it was in mid-2022 when the idea of visiting the Turks and Caicos Islands arose in my mind as an impetuous and intrinsic desire. Captivating and inexcusable.
Coincidences of life, magical moments… mere chance? All these reasons would not be enough to explain the purpose that this island would perpetuate in me: lower my heart rate, trust that the best was about to happen, and give a parenthesis to the exhaustive thoughts about my dreams to prepare myself to appreciate what was genuinely coming to life. An accumulation of experiences that had the sea—one of my great loves—as the undisputed protagonist.
Thus it was that the first weeks of 2023 saw me disembark in a British overseas territory of which, I must be honest, I did not know the most intrinsic color details… until I finally immersed myself in it. Located in the Caribbean Sea and 925 kilometers southeast of Miami – from where we have embarked on this adventure – the Turks and Caicos Islands are made up of 40 small islands and cays, 9 of them habitable. In general, the Turks and Caicos Islands are a Caribbean island tourist paradise with dozens of islands, some of which are connected. A perfect ecosystem.

A few hours after setting out to explore the resort and explore the island’s paths, it was inevitable to link the local aesthetic with my time in Greece.
