Account Creation
If you don’t have a Zoho account, you’ll need to create one. Enter your email, password, and organization name. Once your account is up and running, you can view all your account information on the record details page. This page offers a detailed summary of your account, including details about your contacts and activities, notes, events, emails, and other information, all in one location.
Use Your Zoho Account
- Once registered you have to log in to your Zoho account using your credentials, you will be directed to your CRM dashboard.
- You can find anything in this well-known CRM application through the search feature.
- Select ‘+’ for quick access to leads, customer accounts, business deals, promotional campaigns, telephone conversations, assignments, and appointments in the Zoho CRM platform.
- The Zoho apps for finance, sales & marketing, emails & collaboration, and other tools linked with Zoho CRM are located on the right.
- Now use Zoho CRM features.
Manage Leads
- In the Top-left, click ‘ Leads’. Here you can manage and monitor your leads. You can import or create a new lead easily.
