Career
Rashmika stepped into the world of modeling in the year 2012. She got a pretty good start as she won the Clean & Clear Fresh Face of India title. Then she was made the brand ambassador of Clean & Clear.
After that, she was given the title of TVC in Lamode Bangalore’s top model chase in 2013. This achievement gave a kick start to her professional acting career. Her snaps from this top model hunt caught the eyeballs of producers who were planning for the film “Kirik Party”.
Impressed by her pictures, they offered the female lead role of “Saanvi Joseph” for the same film to her which she accepted obviously.
Finally, she made her acting debut with the 2016’s Kannada movie “Kirik Party”. She debuted in Telugu movies with the movie “Chalo” which was a big hit at the box office.
She featured in her first TV show Bigg Boss Kannada in 2016. Her two other highly successful films, namely “Anjani Putra” and ”Chamak” joined the list of her most commercially successful films.
In 2018 itself, she appeared in “Geetha Govindam”, a romantic comedy, which was one of the highest-grossing Telugu movies.

Controversies
A meme by a troller of Rashmika caught lakhs of eyeballs on it as it was so disgusting. The meme showing childhood pictures of her read “Who knew this little girl here would be an international ‘dagar’ (prostitute) in the future.” Obviously, Rashmika Mandanna wasn’t okay with this at all.
She responded to this troll and expressed that trollers say such ruthless things about public figures just because they are soft targets for them but they do not have any right to say anything crap about their families and their personal lives. She further added that she usually ignores this sort of stuff about her and that being an actor is not as easy as it seems, so every profession must be given respect.
It was 16 January 2020 when the Income Tax Department conducted a raid at Rashmika Mandanna’s home in Virajapet. It was reported that at the time of the raid by the Income Tax Department at her home, she was out shooting for one of her films.
Rashmika Mandanna never ever thought of being trolled by the people of Karnataka. During an interview on national television, she was asked whether her own language is easy to understand for her for the reason being that she belongs to Karnataka itself.
